Down to earth. One-on-one. For the love of riding.
Escape the hustle and bustle, and join us on our private plot for a relaxing, farmyard feel.
I started Solo Riding School because I knew what it felt like to dream of horses but not be able to afford the experience. I always dreamed of having my own school, and now I'm here to help other kids live that dream! We are a down-to-earth, small, private riding school where every person and horse is treated with kindness and respect.
While we do offer preparation for showing, most of our time is spent having fun and learning in unique ways. We do outrides, take the horses to swim in the dam on hot days, play games on horseback, and even do bareback riding. We also offer special, shorter lessons for our youngest riders (ages 2–4).
Horse riding isn't only good for your body, it's food for your soul. If you're not ready to ride yet, many people find being around horses extremely calming—so we also offer grooming sessions, a peaceful and therapeutic way to spend time with one of our five wonderful school horses. Come out to the farm and experience the Solo difference for yourself.
